At 48, Mr. Longkumer brings valuable experience and expertise to the Windfall Welfare Society. His commitment to social welfare has empowered numerous individuals and communities. Under his leadership, the society strives to create lasting impacts in Nagaland. He is recognized by for his entrepreneurial strides and has been awarded by the Ministry of tribal affairs. His has done substantive work with farmers of kandinui Village in tseminyu District he has been instrumental in bringing piggery farmers under an FPO. Similarly he is working with low income families of Dimapur and farmers in Mokokchung District.
