Vocational Training to Youths (Metro Meat)

Unemployment is highest in Nagaland among the Northeastern states. As the state Government Jobs are limited and there are no industries and corporate in the state, the society felt the need for vocational training to the youth. During this financial year, Windfall Welfare Society has selected 10 males and 10 females and trained them on Hospitality for boys and Beauty & Wellness for girls. They are now placed in other parts of India. These 20 youths are now supporting their families. The society also gave training on meat processing to 27 youths in collaboration with METRO MEAT.
