Vocational Training for Youth

Nagaland has one of the highest unemployment rates among the Northeastern states. With limited government jobs and very few industries or corporate organizations, many young people struggle to find employment.

To address this issue, Windfall Welfare Society selected 14 unemployed youths (7 males and 7 females) for vocational training.

• Hospitality Training – 7 boys
• Beauty & Wellness Training – 7 girls

After completing the training, all participants were placed in jobs in different parts of India and are now supporting their families.
