Cleanliness And Sanitization (2023)

The team members of WWS firmly believe in the principle of cleanliness. The Society appreciates the Government of India for introducing the “Swachh Bharat” Mission and remains hopeful that the vision of the mission will continue beyond its culmination.

Under the theme “Clean Dimapur: Green Dimapur,” WWS members undertook the task of cleaning streets and public places across Dimapur City.

As observed during these activities, Dimapur still requires significant efforts in maintaining cleanliness. This can only be achieved if every individual adopts the concept of “Swachh Dimapur, Green Dimapur” and practices it in daily life.

Simultaneously, the municipal authorities and district administration must continue to perform their responsibilities diligently. There is also a pressing need to spread mass awareness and sensitize people about the importance of keeping not only our homes but also our city clean.
